Personal NEWtrition Ball Class

Fire up your metabolism with a full body workout using the stability ball. Did you know that for every pound of muscle you gain through strength training your metabolism will burn 35-50 calories per day just to maintain that muscle. If you gain 3-4 pounds of muscle you could burn up to 200 extra calories per day. This class will tone and strengthen the core as well as the entire body using the exercise ball along with hand weights, bands, and tubes. Great for all fitness levels.
